Easy Homemade Pizzas

I know this isn't exactly "Crafty," but I just thought I'd share one of our favorite quick meals here at our house. :) It's great because you can either whip it up yourself really quickly, or else have your kids help you make these...they'll love decorating their own pizzas!

What you will need:

Aluminum foil (optional)
A cookie sheet
Pizza Sauce
Hoagie buns (english muffins or french bread are also good options)
Pizza meat (either canadian bacon or pepperoni or sausage)
Shredded Cheese (I prefer mozerella, but pretty much anything will work)
Pineapple (if you are like me. :))
Jalepenos (if you are like my husband. :))
Any other pizza toppings you may want. :)
I like to put tinfoil over my baking sheet because it makes clean-up so much easier (because the cheese falls off the pizzas and burns on the pan.)

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.
Cut your hoagies in half, and then add pizza sauce and cheese to each one.
Cut up your meat (if needed). Don't worry...those are pepper chunks in the meat, lol.
Add your desired toppings. I like canadian bacon and pineapple. Wes likes canadian bacon, pineapple, and jalepenos.
Put your pizzas in the oven and let them cook for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese looks melted.
They should come out looking a little like this:
After letting them cool for a second, serve them to your hungry troops:
Your pan will probably look like this:
Aren't you glad you put the tin-foil down? :)
Clean-up is A. Breeze.
There you have it: Easy-Peasy Pizza :) And it's SO good! And so healthy if you think about it. :)

Now I just wanted to mention what I've been up to lately (since this is a craft blog. :))
Quilts! I'm having so much fun with these. :) So far, the blue and pink one is all done (well the top is done...) and the khaki and floral one is in quilt squares, but not completely together. Look for a future post about how I made them....but in the meantime, I just wanted you to know, as my loyal readers, that I was, indeed, crafting away. :)
